JULIAN MONTOYA
After graduating from the University of Florida as an Industrial & Systems Engineer and working for multinational corporations, founder and CEO Julian Montoya set his sights on real estate investing. He founded JM11 Investments, LLC in 2016. Since then, the company has flipped, rented, built, renovated multiple homes and assisted various homeowners, contractors, loan officers, and agents in the community.
He holds a commercial and residential general contractor's license and a residential real estate agent license.
He will be the one helping to execute each situation.
DANIELA MONTOYA
Coming from Bogota, Colombia, Daniela holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Design & a Masters in Education & Creativity Development. She worked in Colombia as a interior and executive designer.
Came to the United States as a Dual Language Teacher in 2019 and now has joined JM11 team to use her expertise, communication and creativity to expand the vision of the company.
She will be the one helping meet budgetary requirements through design and planning.
